His impressive resumé boasts stints as chef de partie and executive pastry chef at reputed establishments around the world including Harrods London, The Waldorf Hotel London, five-star resort Cambridge Beaches Bermuda and Meritus Mandarin Singapore. In 2006 he decided to follow his dream opened the stylish ‘Laurent’s Café & Chocolate Bar’ where customers can indulge in the benefits of his years of experience, experimentation and passion.
