With his experience in the F&B industry spanning some 22 years, Lawrence Yeo’s current position as assistant director of F&B at the Meritus Mandarin Singapore sees him fresh from his stint as director of F&B at the Beijing International Hotel, in conjunction with the Beijing Olympics. With a wide range of overseas experience including the Jerudong Park Hotel and Polo Club in Brunei and The Asmara- Heavenly Residence in Bali, Yeo is well geared for his duties at the Meritus Mandarin, Singapore especially since he is well-versed with hotel operations locally, stemming from his vast experience in the local hotel industry including stints in The Ritz-Carlton Millennia Singapore, Raffles Hotel Singapore, Westin Stamford, and Westin The Plaza.
