Helmed by owner and Chef Yong Bing Ngen, Majestic Restaurant was a finalist in the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence Classic Fine Foods New Restaurant of the Year in 2008.  Serving its guests modern Cantonese cuisine, Majestic Restaurant draws it’s strengths from it’s award-winning chef, Yong Bing Ngen. Chef Yong’s cuisine presents a perfect epitome of traditional Cantonese dishes infused with modern influences. This modern influence does not stop in the kitchen, but continues on into the dining area where the décor sheds all conventions of a conventional Chinese restaurant. With a wine cellar capable of boasting some 2,000 bottles, guests are able to pair wines from the world over with Chef Yong’s exquisite cuisine.
