Since beginning her career at the youthful age of 18, Nicole Wong’s passion for pastry arts has made her one of Singapore’s brightest culinary stars. Beginning her illustrious career at the then-named Westin The Stamford in February 1999, she went on to rise through the ranks and win wide acclaim in the international culinary arena.  With her artistic flair, she demonstrates her talent with exquisitely crafted pastry creations and remarkable originality. Chef Wong did Singapore proud in the recent IKA Culinary Olympics where she achieved first place in the pastry category and helped place the Singapore National Culinary Team at fourth place in the world.
