Patrick Heuberger Au Petit Salut
Recipient of WSQ Mentor Chef of the Year for the WGS AOE 2008, Chef Patrick has a total of 19 years of culinary experience to his name. Patrick, too, was an apprentice at a tender age of 15 at Restaurant Le Neptune in Geneva under the tutelage of the 2-star Michelin Chef Gille Dupont. Three and a half years later, he won the award of the Best Apprentice in Switzerland and came in fourth in the same category in whole of Europe. Patrick is known to his apprentices as a friendly, fair and supportive mentor who is ever willing to share his knowledge selflessly.
