Having held numerous posts in the hospitality and food and beverage industries over the past eleven years, Roger Chan has built-up a knowledge base with vast experience in various areas of hotel and restaurant management. Starting as a humble management trainee, Chan worked his way up the corporate ladder, progressing from restaurant manager, to operations manager, to food and beverage manager. A man who believes strongly in the importance of customer-oriented service, Chan takes it upon himself to contribute towards achieving quality service and management in the service industry.
