Having managed some of the most famous restaurants in Hawaii including Nick’s Fishmarket and The Black Orchird, Schoniwitz’s experience in the industry goes beyond the average restaurant manager. Modest and candid about his achievements in the F&B industry, Schoniwitz credits his success to his fellow colleagues and to Morton’s, attributing everything to having lazer-like focus on exceeding his guests’ expectations.
