Gourmet Retailer of the Year
This award seeks to recognise a Gourmet Retailer in Singapore that features an extensive range and variety of premium gourmet products. Eligible retailers must have been in operation for at least six months (at the point of nomination) and has a physical store in Singapore and/or an online transaction service.
Evaluation criteria:
- Decor: The nominated retailer has a well-designed and well-maintained space that provides a conducive environment for its shoppers
- Variety: The nominated retailer has a wide range of gourmet products available and constantly strives to improve and expand the variety of products offered.
- Value: Prices are reasonable and reflect the quality of the products and services provided.
- Accessibility: Nominated retailer is conveniently located and easily accessible, including handicap access.
- Service quality: The services provided should display exceptional resourcefulness in obtaining the product specific to customer’s requirements and continually meets or exceeds customers’ expectations
* AOE2017 Award Recipient will not be eligible for this award in AOE2018.
