Application Requirements:
- Guidelines:
- These scholarships are open to current students and graduates of food and beverage/culinary related courses or individuals who are currently working in the food and beverage industry in Singapore.
- Applicants must be between 18 and 26 years of age.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 120 hours of commercial food and beverage related experience. This includes internship experiences. Interested applicants who are currently in National Service may also apply.
- Application form must be completed along with a recent passport size photograph. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Two letters of reference from food and beverage/ culinary trade professionals (lecturers included) with the referees´ contact details are required.
- Each application is for one scholarship category only.
- Please note that the dates of the scholarship assessments and interview may be subjected to change.
- All applicants who submit their completed application form together with all required supporting documents in good order will automatically qualify to sit for the written assessment.

Time: 10.00am to 12.00 noon (reporting time: 9.30am)
Venue: The Tourism Academy @ Sentosa

Five candidates with the highest scores will be selected to go through a practical assessment on 28 February 2009 followed by a personal interview session on the same day.
