Participating countries include: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Macau
Round One
Members of the public in each of the participating countries can
nominate for selected award categories. 150 Connoisseurs and F&B professionals from each of the participating countries are invited
to nominate for all award categories.
Evaluation
Nominations are collected and tabulated. The top five highest scoring nominees for each award category will be named as finalists
Round Two (Finals)
Members of the public can nominate one of the top five finalists for selected award categories.
50 selected jury members will evaluate the top five finalists and select the most outstanding finalist for all awards categories. Results submitted to independent auditor.
Evaluation
Auditor will verify the score of each finalist, confirming that the highest scoring finalist in each category is conferred as the Award Recipient.
Press Conference
Award finalists for each category will be announced at the Awards of Excellence 2009 press conference.
Awards Presentation
Highest scoring finalist in each category will be presented the award at the Awards Reception held within World Gourmet Summit.
