With his humble beginnings in the F&B industry as a waiter, Ricky Ng has risen through the ranks over the past eleven years to the banquet operations manager he is today.  Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the banquet department, Ng is instrumental in ensuring customers are satisfied beyond their expectations. Ng’s experience as a waiter at the start of his career ensures that he thoroughly understands his staff, and leads as a manager who has worked his way to his position today with a mix of hard work and talent.
