Timothy Goh, Les Amis
 With his initial interest in wine piqued by visitors to his family home, Timothy Goh’s passion for wine grew in to a career. Graduating from SHATEC in 2001, Goh went on to take the post of sommelier in the award-winning Raffles Grill, where he further developed his palate for wine. At the 2004 World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence, Goh was awarded the Bodegas Torres Wine Scholarship after going through a written assessment, blind tasting session, interview with industry experts and a wine service with other contestants. Today, as maitre d’ and chef sommelier of the Les Amis Group’s flagship restaurant, Goh builds upon his wealth of experience and manages the restaurant’s S$5 million wine collection.
