 Beginning his career working at some of the most reputed establishments in the UK, Austria and Italy, Roberto Galetti’s in depth knowledge of Italian cuisine and a thirst for travel led him to embark on an illustrious career in all corners of the globe. He worked for some time for the Bice Group before establishing himself in Singapore and opening several of his own restaurants. Today Galetti is the executive chef, managing director and partner of Garibaldi Group of Restaurants, which manages Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar, Gunther’s modern French cuisine, Brotzeit German Bier Bar & Restaurant, as well as regular new developments. One of the most successful groups of restaurants in Singapore, it is constantly featured with great accolades in all the major local publications.
