Members of the public in each of the participating countries can nominate for selected award categories. 250 Connoisseurs and F&B professionals from each of the participating countries are invited to nominate for all award categories. |
evaluation |
Nominations are collected and tabulated. The top five highest scoring nominees for each award category will be named as finalists |
round Two |
Members of the public can nominate one of the top five finalists for selected award categories. 150 selected jury members will evaluate the top five finalists and select the most outstanding finalist for all awards categories. Results submitted to independent auditor. |
evaluation |
Auditor will verify the score of each finalist, confirming that the highest scoring finalist in each category is conferred as the Award Recipient. |
press conference |
Award finalists for each category will be announced at the Asian Gastronomic Awards Of Excellence 2011 press conference held in March 2011. |

Award recipient for each category will be presented the award at the Awards Ceremony held in April 2011. |
