The culinary and patisserie scholarship candidates are required to prepare two dishes for a simulated restaurant environment. The wine scholarship candidates will go through a blind tasting session and service assessment. The hospitality candidates will go through service assessment Together, they will serve a three-course meal paired with wines to the industrial experts. |
personal interview session |
The scholarship finalists will undergo a personal interview with the industry experts after the Practical Assessment. |

Selected candidates for each category will be announced at the Asian Gastronomic Awards Of Excellence 2011 press conference. |
