Members of the public can nominate one of the finalists for selected award categories. |

Auditor will verify the score of each finalist, confirming that the highest scoring finalist in each category is conferred as the Award Recipient. |

Award finalists for each category will be announced at the Asian Gastronomic Awards Of Excellence 2011 press conference held in March 2011. |
