A finalist at the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards 2006/2007 – award for excellence, F&B personality of the year and recipient of the 2008 World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence Hepp Food & Beverage Manager of the Year, Melinde Lim’s success in the F&B industry is well-known. From her career beginnings as management trainee with the Orchard Hotel Singapore to her current role as director of F&B at the Conrad Centennial Singapore, she works to provide the highest possible standard of F&B quality, service, and hygiene.  An avid traveller, Lim places high value on experiencing other cultures and being able to learn about F&B trends overseas, which also helps to inspire her in her work.
