Nominated for the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence Pastry Chef of the Year in both 2005 and 2006 and finalist in 2008, this self-confessed sweet tooth gourmand’s passion and hard work are well-known in Singapore. Chef Pang’s career has seen him work with pastry, bakery, sugar and chocolate in many well established restaurants including alongside Michelin-starred guest chefs at Hilton Hotel Singapore. In recent years Chef Pang has been a part of the Singapore National Culinary Team representing Singapore in international culinary events.  Joining the culinary team at the Les Amis Group’s first pastry shop, Canelé Pâtisserie in 2004, Chef Pang continues to delight his customers with a wide selection of freshly baked bread, pastries and chocolates.
