Timothy Goh, Les Amis

Trained in SHATEC, Timothy Goh today serves as maître d’ and chef sommelier of Les Amis Group. Besides managing the group’s wine portfolio, Goh oversees the daily operations of the award-winning Les Amis restaurant. Recently renovated, the restaurant has indeed a reliable force in Goh, having been with Les Amis Group as a sommelier since 2006. Since his years as a student in SHATEC, Goh has won numerous awards, differentiating him from his peers with the basic fact that his interest in the job goes beyond that of being a manager but also excelling in his other concurrent position of chef sommelier.
