three or more years, and has consistently provided
a standard of excellence and extraordinary dining
experiences for diners. The nominee must be from a
Singapore-based organisation, or a franchise / branch
that is located in Singapore at the time of nomination.

Les Amis, right at the heart of Orchard Road. Warm earthen
tones and muted zen shades bring out the delicate culinary
mission, which has also been conferred the illustrious
title, 'Best Dining Experience' by Singapore Tourism
Board in 1997. Les Amis (meaning 'the friends' in French)
presents the sophisticated palate intricate modern French
cuisine, enjoyed under the restaurant's chic and impressive
ambience. The restaurant features several unconventional
dishes for daredevils to enjoy a sensorial expedition
into the uncommon. Among the accolades bestowed upon
this glittery knight of the local restaurant scene is
the 'Best Restaurant Award' that was presented to the
restaurant at the inaugural WGS Awards of Excellence
ceremony in 2001.
